This page presents UAB "Sveikata Tau" general provisions – rules for ordering, payment, delivery, returns and liability for the goods we manufacture and sell.

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) establish the relationship between the Buyer and UAB "Health for You" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer when purchasing goods or services in the online store www.sveikatau.lt.

1.2. Photos of goods and services are provided for illustrative purposes only. Products may differ slightly from those shown. Photos cannot be used as a basis for claims. A product is considered to be of good quality if it corresponds to the sample, model or description provided on the website.

2. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

2.1. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer creates a cart, specifies delivery or reservation details, selects a payment method and clicks "I confirm the order"The contract is valid until the obligations are fully fulfilled.

2.2. Each concluded contract is protected UAB "Health for You" in the information system.

3. Buyer's rights

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The consumer's right of withdrawal applies to the extent established by law, however does not apply to individually manufactured goods (see chapter 8).

4. Buyer's responsibilities
  • Accept the ordered goods/services and pay the price.
  • Promptly update changed data.
  • The order will be processed upon receipt of payment confirmation; if not confirmed within 24 hours, the contract will be deemed to have been cancelled.
  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5. Seller's rights
  • Restrict access if site operations or security are disrupted.
  • Temporarily suspend the operation of the e-store without separate notice.
  • To exercise other rights provided for in legal acts.
6. Seller's responsibilities
  • Create conditions for using e-store services.
